Inserta Drill device attaches to the surface of any pipe and
chambers the pilot drill. This provides stability and takes the
human error of drilling difficult holes such as 6" taps into 8"
pipe. |

Inserta Drill "the perfect hole system"
Inserta Tees require a properly cored hole for installation. Coring machines were developed to facilitate this action. Unfortunately, many contractors do not have coring machines due to expense. These contractors rely upon hand operated tools to drill and tap pipe. Human error causes many misshapen and oblong holes by not holding the hole saw steady as it cores pipe. We developed the Inserta Drill to allow unskilled workers to core a quality hole. It fastens to the surface of the pipe where the tap is required. Place the pilot drill of the hole saw into the device. It guides the hole saw through the pipe without any wobble coring a good hole. The device is attached to the coupon inside the saw. The fasteners can be removed from the coupon and the device reused. This device is Patent Pending.
Repair Version: If someone drills a poor quality hole this device spans the hole and allows a larger hole saw to enlarge the bad hole. Now a bigger Inserta Tee can be installed. This only takes minutes and saves damage to the pipe and buying costly repair products.
Inserta Drill “ Wye” Device: To core the correct hole for a Saddle Wye requires a special “ tear drop “ hole. Until we developed this device there was no easy way to drill this hole. Our device allows any contractor, using a hand held drill motor to core this tear drop hole in a couple of minutes.
